We may collect messaging data from SMS, WhatsApp, and Instagram Direct Messages, including messages necessary to provide the service, timestamps, order history, and technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, and website interaction data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to process orders, respond to inquiries, provide AI-assisted ordering, send order confirmations and updates, provide customer support, improve RushTxt, maintain security, prevent fraud, and send promotional messages where you have opted in.
3. Messaging Platforms
RushTxt supports SMS, WhatsApp, and Instagram Direct Messaging. Information exchanged through these channels is used solely to provide requested services. We do not use conversations for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. SMS Consent
SMS consent is used only for RushTxt services and participating merchants and is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. WhatsApp and Instagram
When using RushTxt through WhatsApp or Instagram Direct Messaging, your use of those platforms is also subject to Meta's applicable terms and privacy policies. RushTxt accesses only the information necessary to provide messaging, ordering, customer support, and related services.
6. Information Sharing
RushTxt does not sell or rent personal information. Limited information may be shared with participating merchants, payment processors, messaging providers, cloud hosting providers, and technology partners supporting the platform.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
9. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
10. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. For WhatsApp and Instagram, stop communicating with or block the business account, or use available platform controls.
11. Children's Privacy
RushTxt is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
