RushTxt Terms & Conditions (SMS Messaging Program)

1. Program Description
RushTxt is a messaging platform that allows participating restaurants and food service businesses to communicate with customers via SMS text messaging. Messages may include order confirmations, order updates, receipts, customer service responses, promotional offers, loyalty rewards, and other related communications. By opting in to receive text messages from a participating restaurant using the RushTxt platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the restaurant, including orders placed, customer service inquiries, or promotional campaigns. Typical message frequency ranges from 1–10 messages per order interaction, plus occasional promotional messages if you have opted in to receive marketing messages.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. RushTxt and participating restaurants are not responsible for any messaging charges incurred from your mobile provider.
4. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and confirming your subscription, you consent to receive SMS messages from the participating restaurant through the RushTxt platform. Consent may be obtained through placing an order via SMS, opting in through a website or mobile interface, signing up through a restaurant loyalty or marketing program, or initiating a text conversation with a participating restaurant. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

7. Supported Carriers
RushTxt messaging services are supported on most major U.S. carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other regional carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected as part of the SMS program is subject to the RushTxt Privacy Policy available at https://rushtxt.com/privacy.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this messaging service. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
10. Changes to Terms
RushTxt may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued participation in the messaging program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
